Now that the walls are complete and your windows & doors have finished drying, we’re going to go ahead and put the windows and doors into the structure (while it’s still flat).
First, we assemble the layers of the laser-cut doors. I did paint these all the same color initially, but because I wanted to add two layers of color, I quickly paint the lower, base layer of the door white, so the door trim layer will stand-out with its vibrant green.
Adding a quick bead of glue to the Tichy windows is plenty to hold them into place, the same applies to the laser-cut doors and windows (if your kit has any).
The door trim is also added to the exterior of the kit using the 2×4 scale lumber. This trim is painted to match the corner trim of the structure.
