Now, unboxing videos are NOT new and we certainly aren’t the first ones to do them, but we’re just going to do them for the kits we have going forward.
Since Palzer’s Plumbing from Mine Mount Models is new, I wanted to do an unboxing and reveal of all of the awesome features with this new kit on the craftsman kit market!
This is an awesome new kit and if I was going to point out the two things that strike me as the biggest couple stand-outs on this kit are the amazingly written and extremely detailed instructions, amount of roofing material and the detail and uniqueness of the laser-cut foundation pieces.
I know I talked quite a bit about the foundation in this video, but I can’t wait to get started on this build and work with that laser-cut stone!

“PALZER’S PLUMBING SUPPLY is the 3rd kit from Mine Mount Models. It’s an HO scale lineside structure that can be utilized for a variety of rail served industries. The main structure occupies an area of 11.75″ x 7.25″. It can be built in an optional configuration that is explained in the instructions.
Palzer’s is a laser cut and engraved kit that includes clapboard and board & batten siding walls, using Mt Albert Scale Lumberfrom Fast Tracks. The foundations are laser engraved random stone, concrete, and brick textures. Many of the doors and windows are by Tichy Train Group, while other door options are designed and engrave by Mine Mount Models. A 1st for MMM. The kit also comes with newly designed shake shingles and standing seam “metal” roofing that is cut out on the laser. Another 1st for MMM is providing metal detail castings by BEST Trains. Newly designed sidewalks and pipe racking are included in the kit, and are also available as separate accessories on the website.
Kit does not include scenery, vehicles, people, tubing on racks.”
